Grab Holdings Limited to Consolidate Superbank
Grab Holdings Limited announced its intention to consolidate PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk (Superbank) into its Financial Services segment. This move follows the transfer of Singtel Alpha Investments Pte. Ltd.'s shares in Superbank to GXS Bank Pte. Ltd., Grab's digital banking subsidiary. Upon completion, Grab's shareholding in Superbank will exceed 50%, leading to the consolidation of Superbank's financial results. Superbank, which serves over 6 million customers and reported its first full-year profit in FY2025, has shown significant growth with 72% asset growth and 84% net interest income growth by April 2026. This consolidation is expected to deepen Grab's financial services commitment in Indonesia, leveraging its ecosystem for distribution and data-driven credit underwriting. Grab anticipates providing updated financial guidance in August 2026.
