Group 1 Automotive, Inc. Announces Leadership Change in UK Operations

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. has announced a change in leadership for its UK operations. Daniel McHenry has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Group 1 Automotive U.K., effective May 19, 2026. He succeeds Mark Raban, who is departing the company after two years in the role. McHenry, who also retains his position as CFO, has prior experience within Group 1's UK operations, having served as UK Finance Director before his CFO appointment in 2020. The company expressed confidence in McHenry's leadership to further develop the UK business, leveraging the strengths of both the UK and US operations. Mark Raban was thanked for his contributions.
