Golden Matrix Group, Inc. Appoints Atul Bali to Board of Directors

Golden Matrix Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Atul Bali to its Board of Directors, effective December 18, 2025. Mr. Bali has also been appointed to the Audit Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and will serve as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Thomas E. McChesney. Mr. Bali brings extensive experience in the global gaming and iGaming industries, having held leadership positions in various companies such as Instant Win Gaming, The Football Pools Ltd, Everi Holdings Inc., and Rainbow Rare Earths PLC. The company also noted that Mr. William Scott was removed from the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee due to no longer being independent after his appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors continues to seek a qualified candidate to fill another independent director vacancy.
