GreenTree Hospitality Group Ltd. Reports Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results

GreenTree Hospitality Group Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of 2025. Total revenues decreased by 15.0% year over year to RMB303.6 million (US$42.6 million). Income from operations was RMB70.1 million, down from RMB106.4 million in Q3 2024. Net income was RMB60.3 million, compared to RMB65.2 million in the prior year's third quarter. Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 6.1% year over year to RMB115.0 million. However, cash from operations increased by 3.8% year over year to RMB144.5 million. The company had 4,533 hotels and 185 restaurants in operation as of September 30, 2025. They opened 41 hotels and had a pipeline of 1,248 hotels under development. Average daily room rate decreased by 4.1% and occupancy rate decreased to 71.3%. Restaurant revenue saw a significant decrease of 30.1% year over year. The company maintained its revenue guidance for the hotel business, expecting a year-over-year decrease of 10% to 13%.
