This filing is an exhibit (Exhibit 24.1) containing a Power of Attorney granted by Kon Fabian Enrique, Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A., to José Luis Ronsini and Adrian Enrique Pedemonte. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to execute and file insider transaction forms (Forms 3, 4, and 5) and sale forms (Form 144) with the SEC and other authorities on behalf of Mr. Kon. This authorization is in accordance with Section 16 of the Exchange Act and Rule 144 of the Securities Act. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Mr. Kon is no longer required to file these forms, or until revoked in writing, or until the attorney-in-fact is no longer employed by the Company.
