Notice of Material Event - Cash Dividend Issuance

Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. announced on April 29, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the distribution of a cash dividend. This decision was made in accordance with the authorizations granted during the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2026. Shareholders registered as of May 5, 2026, will be eligible to receive the dividend, with payments commencing on May 8, 2026. The total cash dividend to be issued amounts to Ps. 150,000,228,000.
