Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. Announces Fifth Dividend Payment for FY 2024

Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced the fifth payment of dividends corresponding to the fiscal year 2024 through its subsidiary, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. The payment, amounting to ARS 36,589,874,132.56, is available as of October 31, 2025, and is distributed in proportion to each shareholder's holdings. The dividend distribution is subject to a 7% withholding tax as per the Argentine Income Tax Law. Shareholders can process the payment through the Bank’s Securities Department in Buenos Aires.
