GCL Global Holdings Ltd. Announces Strategic Investment from ADATA Technology

GCL Global Holdings Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, 4Divinity Pte. Ltd., has received an additional $10.0 million strategic investment from ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. This brings ADATA's total investment to $23.0 million, following previous investments of $3.0 million in December 2025 and $10.0 million in January 2026. The capital will be used to secure global game titles, enhance digital distribution infrastructure, and strengthen 4Divinity's position in the international game publishing market. The companies also plan to explore operational synergies, potentially combining ADATA's hardware innovation with 4Divinity's game IP to create new experiences for gamers. Sebastian Toke, Group CEO of GCL, expressed optimism about the partnership and its role in accelerating GCL's publishing strategy and expanding its international capabilities.
