Global Indemnity Group, LLC Announces Board Appointment

Michele Ann Colucci has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Global Indemnity Group, LLC, effective May 18, 2026. The Board was expanded from seven to eight members to accommodate this appointment. Ms. Colucci was appointed by the Class B Majority Shareholder, Fox Paine Capital Fund II International, L.P and its affiliates, and will serve as a Designated Director until December 31, 2026. Ms. Colucci brings expertise in digitalization, innovation, risk management, and technology, with prior board experience at GBLI from 2019 to 2021. She is also the Founder and CEO of DigitalDx Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on AI and personalized medicine diagnostics, and serves on the board of Fox Paine International GP, Ltd. Her appointment is part of the company's strategy to navigate the evolving insurance industry.
