Gambling.com Group 2026 Annual General Meeting Results and Board Committee Updates

Gambling.com Group Limited filed a Form 6-K reporting the results of its 2026 Annual General Meeting held on May 20, 2026. Shareholders approved all six proposals including: approval of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, election of Johnny Hartnett and Carol Anderson as Class II directors, re-appointment of BDO LLP as independent auditor, authorization for the Audit Committee to fix auditor remuneration, and amendments to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association to allow the Board to change the company name. Following the meeting, the Board committees were reconstituted with the Audit Committee consisting of Carol Anderson, Susan Ball and Michael Quartieri; Compensation Committee with Susan Ball, Johnny Hartnett and Michael Quartieri; and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee with Carol Anderson, Susan Ball and Fintan Costello.
