POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR SECTION 16 FILINGS

This document details a Limited Power of Attorney granted by Derek Kan, a director of Fortinet, Inc. (FTNT), to Ken Xie, John Whittle, Will Cooper, and Robert Turner. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Mr. Kan, as required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This authorization covers all necessary actions to complete and file these forms, including any amendments, and any other actions deemed beneficial or legally required.
