Special Power of Attorney Filing

This filing is an Exhibit 24, a Special Power of Attorney granted by Jennifer Ellen Gribble to Phyllis Nomura (Chief Financial Officer) and Allison Mahaney (Chief Legal Officer) of First Northwest Bancorp. The power of attorney authorizes the agents to apply for EDGAR system access, generate access codes, obtain or update passphrases, serve as EDGAR contact and account administrator, and prepare/sign necessary documents, including Form ID, on behalf of the undersigned. This power of attorney revokes any previous general or special powers of attorney related to these matters. It becomes effective immediately and continues until revoked.
