On May 19, 2026, First Northern Community Bancorp held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Shareholders voted on three proposals. The first proposal was to elect eleven directors to the Board of Directors, all of whom received a majority of the votes. The second proposal, a non-binding advisory vote on the compensation of Named Executive Officers, was approved. The third proposal was to ratify the appointment of Baker Tilly US LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026, which was also approved.
