Comfort Systems USA Announces Leadership Transitions and Appointments

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. announced leadership changes effective as of year-end 2025 and the start of 2026. Trent T. McKenna will transition from Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2026. He will receive an annual base salary of $850,000, a target bonus of 115% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive award valued at 400% of his base salary. Laura F. Howell, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, will retire on December 31, 2025, but will serve as a Senior Executive Advisor in 2026. Rachel R.
