FinWise Bancorp Announces Leadership Transition

FinWise Bancorp (NASDAQ: FINW) announced a leadership transition effective April 6, 2026. Kent Landvatter has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and will assume the role of Executive Chairman. Jim Noone has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company, while also continuing his roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of FinWise Bank.
