First Mining Reports High-Grade Gold Intercepts at Duparquet Project
First Mining Gold Corp. has announced significant results from its 2025 exploration drilling program at the Duparquet Gold Project in Quebec. The drilling targeted the North Zone, South Zone, and the newly discovered Minuit Zone, yielding high-grade gold intercepts. Notable results include DUP25-056 in the North Zone returning 15.14 g/t gold over 5.0 meters, and DUP25-070 in the Minuit Zone yielding 9.87 g/t gold over 2.75 meters. These findings indicate strong potential for resource growth and highlight the effectiveness of the company's geoscience-driven exploration strategy. The drilling program successfully demonstrated the continuity of mineralization along strike and at depth, with several zones remaining open for further exploration. First Mining has now disclosed all assay results from its 2025 drilling campaign, which comprised 44 drill holes totaling 16,576.5 meters. The company plans to use these results to advance the project, including initiating environmental studies and potentially updating resource estimates.
