First Mining Gold Corp. Pickle Crow Project Update

First Mining Gold Corp. announced that its joint-venture partner at the Pickle Crow Gold Project, Bellavista Resources Limited, has closed the acquisition of FireFly Metals Ltd's interest in the project. Bellavista has reduced First Mining's ownership from 30% to 20% by exercising its buy-down right and paying First Mining C$3 million. First Mining's interest is now free carried to a decision to mine.
