First Mining Gold Corp. Commences 2026 Drilling Campaign and Partnership at Duparquet Gold Project

First Mining Gold Corp. has announced the commencement of its 2026 drilling campaign and a significant partnership with Forage Anicinape, an Indigenous-led drilling company, at its Duparquet Gold Project in Quebec. The campaign, expected to be approximately 12,000 meters, aims to increase resource confidence, explore growth opportunities, and support future technical studies. This collaboration underscores First Mining's commitment to building strong relationships with Indigenous communities and businesses. Forage Anicinape, established in 2024, aims to create opportunities for Indigenous workers and communities within the mining sector. The drilling program will utilize two diamond drill rigs and will include follow-up drilling at the Miroir target, which has shown promising results in previous programs. The Duparquet Project hosts a significant gold resource and is strategically located with access to infrastructure. First Mining is a gold developer with other key projects including Springpole and Pickle Crow.
