Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. Announces Business Updates and Stockholder Meeting Results

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FF) announced significant updates regarding its Embodied AI (EAI) robotics business and the outcome of its annual stockholders' meeting. The company has entered a strategic partnership with Sequoia Education Center, a K–12 education group, and signed a sales contract for 23 FF EAI robots. This collaboration aims to develop robotics curriculum, provide teacher training, and foster youth developer programs, marking FF's entry into both B2B educational institutions and B2C family education markets. This 23-unit order represents FF's largest sales order to date for humanoid and bionic robots. Additionally, FF has delivered a Master humanoid robot to a Los Angeles medical institution for its first real-world healthcare application. The company also reported that its annual stockholders' meeting on May 22nd saw all proposals receive approximately 80% approval. FF is advancing its EAI Brain and Open Source/Open Developer Platform, with foundational infrastructure nearing completion and developer tools like BrainBlocks and EAI Soul already developed. Data collection and training for the EAI Data Factory are ongoing, with decentralized real-world robot data collection expected in June.
