FactSet Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition

FactSet Research Systems Inc. announced a change in its executive leadership. Effective April 13, 2026, Helen Shan will transition from her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be eligible for severance benefits. Joshua Warren has been appointed as the new CFO, commencing his role on April 13, 2026. Warren brings extensive experience in financial and strategic leadership, having previously served as CFO of Envestnet, Inc. and in various leadership positions at BlackRock, Inc. His compensation package includes a base salary of $500,000, an annual target bonus of 110% of his base salary, and significant equity awards, including a one-time new-hire grant valued at $1,500,000. Shan's departure is not due to any disagreements regarding the company's financial practices. This transition is part of the company's ongoing strategic initiatives.
