FuelCell Energy Elects John Livingston to Board of Directors

FuelCell Energy, Inc. has elected John Livingston to its Board of Directors effective May 19, 2026. Livingston brings over 25 years of experience in strategy, technology, industrial operations, and cybersecurity, having founded and led Verve Industrial Protection (acquired by Rockwell Automation) and spent more than 20 years at McKinsey & Co. The Board was expanded from eight to nine directors to accommodate his appointment. Livingston will serve on both the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee. As compensation, he will receive an annual retainer of $50,000 plus committee fees, and an award of 5,896 restricted stock units that vest at the 2027 annual meeting.
