Exponent, Inc. Announces Executive Leadership Changes

Exponent, Inc. has announced significant changes in its executive leadership. Effective May 1, 2026, John D. Pye, Ph.D. has been appointed as President, and Eric Anderson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Pye, with the company since 1999, brings extensive experience and a vision for innovation, succeeding Catherine Corrigan as CEO. Anderson, who joined in 2003, steps into the CFO role, bringing deep financial and operational expertise. Richard Schlenker will transition from CFO to Executive Vice President, and has been nominated to the Board of Directors. Paul R. Johnston, Ph.D. will retire from the Board on June 4, 2026, at which time Karen Richardson will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
