EXLService Holdings, Inc. Announces Board Changes

EXLService Holdings, Inc. has appointed Bina Mehta as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective July 16, 2026. Ms. Mehta, former Chair of KPMG UK, will serve on the Board's Audit Committee and Compensation and Talent Management Committee. Her appointment is based on the recommendation of the Nominating and Governance Committee and she has been deemed an independent director by the SEC and Nasdaq. Ms. Mehta has extensive experience in M&A, advisory, and restructuring across multiple countries. Additionally, Sarah K. Williamson will transition into the role of lead independent director by the end of 2026, succeeding Vikram Pandit, who will remain on the board. Williamson, CEO of FCLTGlobal, brings experience from Wellington Management and McKinsey & Company. Pandit has served as lead independent director since April 2024 and previously as chairman.
