Eve Holding, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On May 21, 2026, Eve Holding, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The stockholders elected two Class I directors, Sergio Pedreiro and Uallace Moreira Lima, for three-year terms.
