Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF Name Change Announcement

Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, the sponsor of Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF, announced its intention to change the Trust's name to Grayscale Ethereum Staking ETF, effective around January 5, 2026. This change will be reflected in the Trust Agreement. The shares are expected to continue trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker "ETHE". Existing stock certificates remain valid and do not require exchange. The announcement was made on December 23, 2025, with the Chief Financial Officer, Edward McGee, signing on behalf of the sponsor.
