Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF Name Change Announcement

On December 23, 2025, Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, the sponsor of Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF, announced its intention to change the name of the Trust to Grayscale Ethereum Staking Mini ETF, effective on or about January 5, 2026. This name change will be reflected in amendments to the Trust Agreement. The Trust’s shares are expected to continue trading on NYSE Arca under the new name and the current trading symbol "ETH". Existing stock certificates will remain valid and do not require exchange. The filing also noted that the registrant is an emerging growth company and has elected not to use the extended transition period for complying with new or revised financial accounting standards.
