Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF - Change in Index Constituent Trading Platforms

On December 21, 2025, CoinDesk Indices, Inc., the Index Provider for the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF, announced a change to the Digital Asset Trading Platforms used to derive the Index Price. Bitstamp by Robinhood was added to the CoinDesk Ether Price Index (ETX) due to meeting the Index Provider’s minimum liquidity requirement. No Constituent Trading Platforms were removed during the scheduled quarterly review. The current Constituent Trading Platforms included in the Index are Coinbase, Kraken, Crypto.com, LMAX Digital, Gemini, and Bitstamp. The Index Provider reserves the right to modify the trading venues or calculation methods for the Index Price at any time. These potential changes are subject to scheduled quarterly reviews, as detailed in the Trust’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2024.
