Departure of Executive Vice President and Principal Financial Officer

Erie Indemnity Company announced that Julie M. Pelkowski will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the end of 2026. Ms. Pelkowski has been with the company for over 25 years, serving as EVP and CFO since 2023. Her retirement is not due to any disagreement or dispute with the company. Brian W.
