Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Announces Executive Leadership Changes and Q4 2026 Trial Catalyst
Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: EPRX) announced significant updates to its executive leadership team and operating structure as it transitions from an early-stage to a late-stage clinical biotechnology company. Dr. Jeff Millard has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Technical Operations, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in CMC and regulatory strategy to lead the commercialization efforts for EP104GI. Additionally, Dr. Alex Therien has been named Executive Vice President, Research & Development, to drive portfolio expansion. Concurrently, Amanda Malone has stepped down from her role as Chief Scientific and Operating Officer. The company is also shifting its operations to a two-hub model based in Vancouver and Seattle. These leadership changes come as Eupraxia prepares for the Q4 2026 interim data release from its RESOLVE Phase 1b/2 trial evaluating EP104GI for Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), which management views as a key growth catalyst.
