GridAI Technologies Corp. Appoints Jason D. Sawyer as Chief Executive Officer and Enters into Amended Consulting Agreement

GridAI Technologies Corp. has appointed Jason D. Sawyer as its Chief Executive Officer, transitioning from his interim role. This appointment is formalized through an Amended and Restated Consulting Agreement with Access Alternative Group S.A., effective December 19, 2025.
