Empro Group Inc. Announces Director Changes and Fiscal Year End Change

Empro Group Inc. has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and its fiscal year end. Gan Keat (Eddie) Chin has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2026, replacing Hui Shan (Karen) Chan. Additionally, Siew Lian (Rina) Neoh has resigned from the Board, including her roles in the Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as chair of the Compensation Committee, effective April 8, 2026. Neither Ms. Chan nor Ms. Neoh had any disagreements with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Chin, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer of EMP Solution Sdn. Bhd., brings extensive experience in sales, client management, and operations to the Board. The Company has also approved a change in its fiscal year end from December 31 to June 30, effective immediately.
