Embraer S.A. Announces Dividend Distribution for Fiscal Year 2025

Embraer S.A. has announced the approval of dividend distribution for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The total amount to be distributed is BRL 7,646,097.51, equivalent to BRL 0.01074141828 per ordinary share. Shareholders registered by the close of trading on May 11, 2026, will be entitled to receive these dividends. The shares will trade ex-dividends starting May 12, 2026. Payment for ordinary shares will be made in local currency on May 20, 2026, through BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM. Holders of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) will receive dividends according to the procedures of the depositary bank, JPMorgan Chase N.A. The company noted that dividend amounts may slightly vary due to the ongoing share buyback program and that distributions may be subject to taxation.
