Notice of Redemption for 6.75% Fixed-to-Floating Subordinated Notes Series 2016-A

Emera Incorporated has issued a notice of redemption for all outstanding $1,200,000,000.00 of its 6.75% Fixed-to-Floating Subordinated Notes—Series 2016-A due 2076. The redemption date is set for June 15, 2026. The redemption price will be 100% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the redemption date. Payment and surrender of the notes will be processed through the Depository Trust Company.
