Nomination of Candidates for Supervisory Board

Companhia Paranaense de Energia (COPEL) announced that it received nominations from shareholder BNDES Participações S.A. (BNDESPar) for candidates to serve on the Company's Supervisory Board. The nominated candidates are Filipe Bordalo di Luccio as Alternate Member and Verônica Gomes Vairo as Substitute Member. Due to the timing of these nominations, after the regulatory deadline for re-filing the Remote Voting Ballot (BVD), the previously disclosed BVD will not be re-filed. However, the nominated candidates will be presented for shareholder approval at the 71st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 23, 2026. Information regarding the nominated candidates is available in the Company's Reference Form on the websites of COPEL, CVM, and B3. All other terms and deadlines for the meeting remain unchanged.
