8-K Filing: Officer Changes at 8x8, Inc.

On March 11, 2026, Suzanne Seandel informed 8x8, Inc. of her intention to resign as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, with a mutually agreed separation date expected in mid-April 2026.
