ECARX Holdings Inc. Announces Board Change

ECARX Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ECX) announced the appointment of Ms. Lone Foenss Schroeder as a director, effective October 31, 2025. She replaces Ms. Ni Li, who resigned due to personal reasons. Ms. Schroeder brings extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including automotive, technology, and finance. She currently serves as Chairperson of Geely Sweden Holdings AB and IKEA’s Ikano Bank, and as Chair of the Nomination Committee at Volvo Cars. Her previous roles include CEO of Concordium, Wallenius Lines, and Star Air (Maersk). ECARX is a global automotive technology provider specializing in next-generation smart vehicles. The company was founded in 2017 and went public in 2022, now employing over 1,600 people across 13 locations worldwide.
