Everus Construction Group Completes Acquisition of Epsilon Industries

Everus Construction Group, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of Epsilon Industries for $295 million in cash. Epsilon Industries specializes in modular mechanical and electrical building infrastructure systems, with off-site construction capabilities and nationwide distribution. Everus expects this acquisition to enhance its own off-site construction capabilities, broaden its geographical reach, and strengthen its presence in key markets such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare. Epsilon will continue to be led by its current management team. The acquisition was financed through a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under existing credit facilities. Everus plans to provide updated financial forecasts for the full year 2026, incorporating the impact of Epsilon, during its third-quarter earnings report.
