Ecopetrol Announces Changes in Senior Management

Ecopetrol S.A. announced changes in its senior management. Sergio Andrés Moreno Acevedo will step down as Corporate Vice President of Science, Technology and Innovation, and Diana Marcela Acero Rojas will assume the role on an acting basis. Henryk Manuel Porras Villamil has been appointed Acting Executive Vice President of Energy Transition, succeeding Ernesto Alfonso Gómez Cabarcas, who is taking a statutory leave. The company stated that further disclosures regarding permanent appointments will be made as applicable. Ecopetrol is an integrated energy company in Colombia, with significant operations in hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, gas distribution, and energy transmission across the Americas.
