Brinker International, Inc. Issues Notice of Redemption for Senior Notes

Brinker International, Inc. has issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 8.250% Senior Notes due July 15, 2030. The redemption is scheduled for July 15, 2026. The redemption price will be 104.125% of the principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date. This announcement does not constitute the formal notice of redemption.
