Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. has extended its Online Content Distribution Services Agreement with Universal Music Group Recording Services, Inc. for an additional three years, now through December 31, 2028. The agreement includes service fees of USD $1.6 million for 2026, with a 2% annual increase thereafter, reflecting reduced engineering development needs as Universal Music transitions to the Play MPE® platform. Separate fees will apply for any additional development services. This extension, building on a relationship since 2005, is the longest term to date and the first to include multi-year inflation adjustments. The agreement excludes certain distributions not currently covered.
