Driven Brands Holdings Inc. Announces Appointment of Timothy Johnson to Board of Directors

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. has announced the election of Timothy Johnson as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Johnson will also serve as a member of the Board's Audit Committee. With over three decades of experience in global retail and consumer companies, Mr. Johnson most recently served as CFO and CAO of Victoria's Secret & Co. He also held executive roles at Big Lots, Inc. and began his career at Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University and will receive compensation as a non-employee director. The company will also enter into an indemnification agreement with Mr. Johnson. This appointment is effective January 1, 2026, and was announced on December 22, 2025.
