DRDGOLD Limited Operating Update for Q3 2026
DRDGOLD Limited reported a strong operating performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Revenue increased by 31% to R2,950.6 million compared to the same period in 2025, driven by a 14% rise in gold sold and a 14% increase in the average gold price received. Gold production saw a 10% increase to 1,307kg, supported by improved yield despite a 5% decrease in tonnage throughput. Cash operating costs rose by 12% to R1,300.7 million, attributed to higher reagent, diesel, and electricity costs, as well as the processing of third-party material. All-in sustaining costs increased by 6% to R1,135,423/kg, while all-in costs decreased by 10% to R1,562,538/kg due to lower growth capital expenditure. The company maintained a debt-free status and a healthy cash position, allowing for continued funding of its capital expansion program without incurring debt. DRDGOLD is on track to achieve its FY2027 production guidance.
