Draganfly Inc. Acquires Skip Dynamix Assets

Draganfly Inc. has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Skip Dynamix’s drone technology business. This strategic acquisition aims to integrate Skip Dynamix’s ultra-low-cost, mass-producible fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems into Draganfly’s platform, enhancing its defense capabilities. The acquired technology is designed for long-range intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), electronic warfare support, logistics, and one-way missions. The transaction is expected to strengthen Draganfly’s position in the growing global defense technology market, particularly in low-cost autonomous aerial systems for contested environments. The deal, valued at up to US$7,525,000, is anticipated to close in early June 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition is projected to create significant revenue synergies and expand Draganfly’s market reach within defense, national security, and government sectors.
