Draganfly Inc. Acquires Drone Technology Business from Skip Dynamix

Draganfly Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Skip Dynamix's drone technology business for a total purchase price of up to US$7,525,000. The transaction includes a cash payment of US$2,525,000 at closing, US$2,500,000 in Draganfly shares subject to vesting conditions for founders, and up to US$2,500,000 in earn-out payments based on business milestones. Skip Dynamix specializes in ultra-low-cost, mass-producible fixed-wing UAS for various applications including intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and logistics. The acquisition is expected to close in early June 2026, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. This move aims to enhance Draganfly's product offerings and market position in the drone industry.
