Amendment to Executive Employment Agreements

Douglas Elliman Inc. has amended the employment agreements for J. Bryant Kirkland III and Bradley H. Brodie, effective April 10, 2026. Mr. Kirkland's base salary increased to $650,000 with a target bonus of 65% of base salary. He will also receive a $150,000 retention bonus. Severance benefits were updated, including a 12-month severance period and prorated bonus based on target opportunity in case of qualifying termination. In the event of a change in control, he is entitled to his full target bonus and 12 months of COBRA premiums. Mr. Brodie's base salary increased to $575,000 with a target bonus of 50% of base salary. His severance benefits were also amended, providing a 12-month severance period and prorated bonus based on target opportunity for qualifying terminations. In case of a change in control, Mr. Brodie will receive 1.5 times his base salary, his full target bonus, and 12 months of COBRA premiums.
