DarkIris Inc. Establishes Global R&D Headquarter in Singapore for AI Development

DarkIris Inc. announced the establishment of AETHER INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore, which will serve as its global R&D headquarter for Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) innovation. This move signifies the company's strategic transformation into an AI-driven pan-entertainment technology ecosystem. AETHER INTELLIGENCE will focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the gaming and film industries, covering areas like script generation, asset creation, and automated rendering. The company aims to develop vertically specialized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) solutions for content creation. DarkIris plans to offer its AIGC technologies as a service (MaaS and PaaS) to external creators, establishing a scalable, recurring revenue model. The company recently raised approximately $3.8 million in a private placement to support these growth initiatives, including recruitment, algorithm development, and potential acquisitions. CEO Zhifang Hong expressed confidence in capitalizing on the AI market and delivering long-term shareholder value.
