Diginex Limited - Officer and Director Changes

Diginex Limited reports several changes in its leadership. Lubomila Jordanova resigned as CEO and Board member effective August 31, 2026, due to personal reasons. She will serve as Senior Advisor to the Board until February 28, 2027. Tomicah Tillemann-Dick resigned from the Board and its committees, also for personal reasons. Archana Kotecha has been appointed interim CEO. Graham Bridges is the new CTO. Jacob S. Friedman resigned as COO, effective September 30, 2026. These changes are not attributed to disagreements regarding the company's operations or policies.
