DevvStream Corp. Shareholder Meeting Results

On September 17, 2026, DevvStream Corp. held a Special Meeting of Shareholders where three proposals were voted upon. Proposal 1, concerning the Business Combination Agreement and related transactions, passed with 35,908,077 votes in favor. Proposal 2, to change the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation from Alberta, Canada to Delaware, USA, also passed with 35,903,044 votes in favor. Proposal 3, to adjourn the meeting if necessary, received 35,762,366 votes in favor. A total of 35,930,618 shares, representing 75.2% of the outstanding shares, were present virtually or by proxy.
