Daktronics, Inc. Announces 2027 Executive Compensation Program
Daktronics, Inc. has announced its 2027 executive compensation program, effective July 14, 2026. The program includes an annual incentive award for "Covered NEOs" based on 60% operating income and 40% revenue for fiscal year 2027. Payouts range from 50% to 150% of target, with a potential 20% adjustment based on individual performance. The annual incentive targets as a percentage of base salary are: Ramesh Jayaraman (100%), Sheila M. Anderson (55%), Matthew J. Kurtenbach (55%), and Brett D. Wendler (50%). The program also includes long-term incentive awards. 65% of the target award is in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) vesting over four years, and 35% is in performance stock units (PSUs). PSU performance is based on cumulative operating income and revenue from fiscal years 2027-2029, with payouts ranging from 25% to 150% of the target. Earned PSUs vest three years after the grant date, contingent on continued employment and achievement of performance goals.
