Daktronics, Inc. - Amendment to Consulting Agreement

Daktronics, Inc. has entered into a First Amendment to its Consulting Agreement with former named executive officer Carla Gatzke. The amendment, effective May 1, 2026, extends the consulting period through August 28, 2026. During this extended term, Ms. Gatzke's services will be limited to project-specific advisory tasks as requested by the Company, and her monthly consulting fee will be reduced from $30,000 to $7,500. All other terms of the original agreement remain in effect. The amendment was authorized by the Board of Directors on May 18, 2026.
